RAF is assisting the Sustainability Curriculum Consortium (SCC) to incorporate resilience in university faculty professional development and generate academic curriculum materials. RAF helped create this webinar on the Sendai Framework and resilience win the built environment: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=y4YFkJEjleQ&feature=youtu.be
More information on SCC can be found at http://curriculumforsustainability.com/about-us/
RAF was selected as one of eight expert organizations to deliver three educational webinars on the 2030 Global Development Agenda. This agenda consisted of the UN Sustainable Development Goals, the Paris Climate Agreement and the Sendai Framework for Disaster Risk Reduction. These webinars launch an online dialogue amongst several hundred academic and policy participants with an aim of creating programs and materials for the advancement of learning in higher education.
RAF is honored to have been selected by SCC and looks forward to contributing its practical knowledge and insights regarding built environment resilience and linking this to the greater topic of sustainability.[/vc_column_text][vc_separator css=”.vc_custom_1476790170598{margin-bottom: 15px !important;}”][kleo_button title=”View Presentation” href=”https://docs.google.com/presentation/d/1Ky3DhONdSzS9nCKo8eFilmgAJgt2SymWYVo1HQ9Eu1o/edit?usp=sharing” target=”_blank” style=”primary” position=”center” size=”lg” icon=”link-ext” tooltip=”tooltip” tooltip_position=”top” tooltip_title=”Opens in New Tab/Window” letter_spacing=””][/vc_column][/vc_row]
